European Studies
During the European Studies o-Internship, the main aim is to enhance the interns’ comprehension of the notions related to Europe and the European Union and contribute them to think analytical on the related issues. To do this, firstly concepts of Europe and Europeanization, later the foundation of the European Union, enlargement process, European integration, Brexit, common foreign and security policy, rising populism in Europe, and lastly the EU-Turkey relations are going to be discussed. Throughout the internship based on the weekly articles, discussions are going to be run, besides, the obligations of the programme are writing a research paper on a chosen topic, having an interview, making presentations, and movie/documentary analysis. For this programme at least B2 level English knowledge is a requirement to follow and contribute to the weekly discussions effectively.
