Marko Vesovic was born in 1985.in Podgorica,
Montenegro. He did university studies in
the Faculty of Political Science in
Podgorica, Montenegro. In the fall of this year, he will enter masters and
doctoral studies in the field of security and freedom of information.
For 14 years, he has been a leading journalist in the
main Montenegrin newspaper, DAN. HE collaborates with the Crime and Corruption
Reporting Network LUPA from Montenegro. Also, with"Wall Street Journal" - contributor to
articles and Al Jazeera International – author of a documentary about Balkans.
In 2008, he came first in the competition of the
European Commission named: "The Best Young Journalist in Europe." In
the mid-2013 received an award for investigative journalism from the Dusko
Jovanovic Foundation in Montenegro.
